Who is responsible

What we collect

Enquiries: when you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and the problem description you typed.

The conversation tool: what you type into the front page is sent to our AI model provider to generate the suggestion you see. Do not include confidential or sensitive information in the chat; it is a front door, not a secure channel.

We do not run advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to you about your enquiry, and conversation inputs to generate the suggestion you asked for. The legal basis is legitimate interest: you contacted us and we are replying. We do not sell your information, and we will not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who we share it with

Service providers that make the site work: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and our AI model provider, each processing data on our behalf. We share nothing with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept while we deal with your enquiry and for as long as a business relationship or a legitimate need to reference the correspondence exists. Conversation inputs are not stored by this website beyond what is needed to generate the response.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Email hello@birunisystems.com and we will deal with it promptly.
